Studio
A production house that thinks like a newsroom.
BI² FILMWORKS produces video and audio for broadcasters, business media and brands. What separates us from an agency is the order of work: research first, then narrative, then the shoot.
Origin of the brand
BI2
BI stands for Business Insights: for what actually happens inside markets, numbers, procedures and biographies. The superscript two reads as "to" — as a transition. It describes the work that sits between finding and broadcasting: insight becomes story, story becomes screen. MEDIA is where both arrive: broadcast, streaming, stage, feed.
The triad
BI
Business Insights
Research, data, markets, people. We read annual reports as closely as scripts.
²
to · Insight → Story
Angle, dramaturgy, concept. The point where material turns into narrative.
MEDIA
Screen
Television, streaming, short-form cinema, digital channels — produced to broadcast standard.
Working principles
Research before camera
No shooting day without a solid factual basis. What we cannot explain, we do not film.
No story without evidence
Every claim in a film has a source we can name — documented internally without gaps.
Think first, shoot second
Concept, angle and dramaturgy are settled before any equipment is booked.
Composure over volume
We tell stories calmly. A subject that holds does not need effects to land.
The craft stays human
AI accelerates the concept. Directing, camera, sound and editing remain human work.
Reporting and commission kept apart
Even in commissioned work it stays visible what is observation and what is message.
From insight to screen
- 01
Insight
We review markets, studies, procedures and conversations and isolate the core: what is new here, and who does it matter to?
- 02
Research
Sources, interviews, counter-research. We test the thesis — and drop it when it does not hold.
- 03
Story
Angle, characters, structure, visual language. The concept governs everything that follows.
- 04
Production
Directing, camera, sound, studio or location. Disciplined execution of the concept.
- 05
Screen
Edit, colour, mix, versions for broadcast, streaming and digital distribution.
The house speaks as an editorial desk
We do not put names up front. Responsibility for every production rests with the editorial desk as a whole — from the first research note to sign-off on the broadcast version.
